Maharajsaheb was born in 1946 in the Erstwhile Miraj State. He completed his B.Com from Pune University and went on to lead various companies such as Miraj Electric Supply Ltd, Miraj State Bank Ltd, Fine Packaging Pvt Ltd, Miraj Glass Ltd, Miraj Agro Ltd, and countless other companies. He is engaged in a lot of social work as well, through the Miraj Trust.

Yuvarajsaheb has completed his Law from ILS law college Pune, followed by and LLM from University College London (UCL). During his college years he was very active in providing Legal Aid. He was awarded the Prestigious 'Raghavendra Phadnis Legal Aid Award' at the Hands of Justice Abhay Oka of the Supreme court of India, while at ILS.

Rajkumarsaheb completed his Engineering from MIT Pune followed by an MBA from Santa Clara University. He has been at the helm of various Public compaines such as Autoline Industries ltd and presently GTT Data Ltd. He is involved in Private Equity and Venture Capital, establishing IndiaCo Ventures in 2000 along with Late Yuvaraj Ramraje.
